How to analyze report S_ALR_87100185 ?

Hello experts,

Is there anyone familiar the PS report S_ALR_87100185 (Execute drilldown report Act.costs per month, current fiscal year)? I have some problems in this report:

1. Where the costs come from in every month in the report? How to analyze this report?

2. Why the costs of one project is reduced for per month When I run this report in different month.

For example:

Feb-2008, I run this report:

Project: Jan Feb Mar Apr

E.1000.001 167 1331 19 0

Mar-2008, I run this report:

Project: Jan Feb Mar Apr

E.1000.001 133 1063 322 897

Hi,

To anlalyze the report: Upon executing the report select the column (e.g January) goto--> line item report.

Once the line item report is displayed it will give a complete break up of the costs and there itself for each line item one can check the source document.

This source document will give the information about the cost source.
