Error GRN

Dear Sap Guru's,

When the users are doing GRN for the material.

Error is coming Valuation area locked by MMUSER

Even when Change Material is Coming it says valuation area is locked by MMUser

What should I do?

Hi,

Please check MMUSER is using the accouting view of the material master of the same material which you are doing the GRN.

Please check through SM12 or SM04 for locked entries/users.

Hello,

I too believe some user with user ID MMUSER is there in the change mode of material master accounting 1 tab. If it is your training system go to SM12, give the username as MMUSER, see the locked entries and delete. If production system, then you need to wait until the user exeits from material master maintenance.

it means some other user i.e. MMUSER is using that valuation area

ask the Basis team to check what all things the user id MMUSER doing n if urgent then ask him to close the session for the user ID

Else you can try after some time
