Smartform: Logo Print Problem

Hi Friends....

I've a problem in printing Logo in smartform.

When I see the Print Preview..the LOGO within the preview is Getting displayed properly.

but when I take the Printout(Hard copy) of the same, the LOGO is getting printed Invertedly..

i.e. Mirror Image with upper side down and down side up...

Does any1 know abt this ?

This is nothing to do with the smartform program.. I think your printer is not configured properly.. check with your basis team they can easily solve your problem.

Try to print on another printer and see.. output of your logo will come according to your expectation.

Hi,

If you are printing using SAPWIN device type, I suggest that you create another Output Device in tcode SPAD. Set the Device Type as HPLJ4 or etc.

Try to print again.

Hi Snehal,

If you are getting the print preview correctly then definately its not your problem its not problem in your smartforms this happens if your printer is not configured properly so you need to contact to the Basis team to check or redo the printer configuration setting.
