Fast Entry in Solution Manager 4.0

Dear all,

I am gettign this wierd error in solman 4.0. When i am in Service message monitor, and click on a message.

I only get two Status : New and In Process. and nothing else.

I went into spro and tried finding where it has to be activated but i could not find it out.

I am guessing there are a couple of places we have to change to get this status.

Kindly Help

Hi Nirmit

Goto spro --> sap solution manager -> configuration ->scenario specific settings ->

service desk -> status profile-> change status profile for user status -> look for service desk status header.

There u will find the status available....

Hey SolMan Usr,

I know about the Service desk header in the Status Profile in SPRO settings.

The question is how do i mae my OWN Service Desk Header, say for example Zslfn001

How do i go about doing that, and make the changes show up in the message.

Does any one have a solution to this problem??

How to create my own Z status profiles and implement them in the CRM_DNO_MONITOR tcode.

Kindly advice.
