PGI After Cutomer Block?

hi

After Creation of Delivery documents if we do the Block for customers with Overall & Delivery blocks in XD05, even though system is allowing for PGI.

How to stop PGI after blocking the Customers.

Dear Friend,

In case your delivery is created and then you are blocking the customer in for PGI through Va05 it would not help.

you can see in the transaction xd05 when you block it it will say there are open items.

Thus PGI would be possible even after blocks.

you can probably give the delivery block in the delivery documents.

or you can use credit mamagement to block the customer with high risk categoires.
