my client would llike to change the division in the sales order after it has been created and saved but not delivered is it possi

Dear Maddy

No it is not possible bcoz when you go into VA01, after giving order type, you are giving the sales area and giving other details. Once you created and saved the order, you cannot change. Moreover, if you have the required assignment in OVAZ, then you can change at sale order and that too in VA01 only and not in VA02

Hi,

A sales order is created always for a sales area, so it includes division and cant be changed. If you dont want to process that sales order, you can mention a reason for rejection or set a delete flag at the item level. Now the sales order wouldnt go furhter. You can then create a new sales order with the required sales area.
