inserting Texts

HI Gurus,

Requriment:

how can we give "Frequently used text" a code, so that while creating sales order, depending on situation CSR will choose the code and corresponding text should automatically pulled up.

texts are not speicific to customer, material, sales order. but thery are specific to that perticular situation.

eg: while creating sales order, CSR(customer service rep) chooses 002 from drop down then the follwoing text should be automatically pulled up in header text veiw " customer requested an urgent delivery and it should ship before 2am today"

like the same our client have 200 big texts represented by 200 codes.

We should store these codes in SAP not in local drive because these codes will be used around the global locations.

so Please help me how we can do this in sap.

Do you have any material available on standar text. i have tried searching internet but couldn't find anything.

got some information from help.sap.com but it didn't tell me how to configure standard texts.

when i'm crating an order, how can i insert the standard text created in so10.

Please Please provide me some insight in this so10.

Hi Archana,

You can store these texts under standard texts ( TRN- SO10). These texts are client specific and are stored on SAP servers.

To pull these text on to sales order you need to use some exit/ABAP
