Problems installing from Installation server to x64 clients

I successfully use an Installation server to install to W2k3 Citrix servers.

I now have some x64 Citrix servers.

When trying to install same package, I get this error message displayed in the Installer GUI:

"This package cannot be installed as it is incomplete on the Installation Source".

Anyone have suggestions? I am installing using the same ID.

Hello Ian,

we had some issues with the installer contained in SapGui 7.20 patch 6. Please apply the fix in Note 1587566 and recreate the package.

We have the same problem here but with x86 citrix servers. Anyone ever experienced the same problem?

Hey there.

We are experiencing the same errors here but the reason seems to be that one of our .cmd files which calls the instalation procedure makes reference to %PROGRAM_FILES% which on a x64 machine should be %PROGRAM_FILES(x86)% if I'm not mistaking.

Hope this points you in the right direction.
