Try .NET connector with SAP Preview

Hi,

i would like to create a little program to access to my SAP preview server. I have Visual Studio 2005 and i downloaded SAP .NET Connector 2.0 ; but i want to install it i have the following message : "This setup requires the .NET Framework version 1.1.4322..."

In my 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework' folder i have this version :

- v1.0.3705

- v1.1.4322

- v2.0.50727

So what is the problem ?

Can i use Visual Studio 2008 ?

Hi,

Unfortunately, you can install "SAP .NET Connector 2.0" only if you have Visual Studio 2003.

You can use "SAP .NET Connector 2.0" if you have Visual Studio 2003 and Visual Studio 2005 by creating connector proxies in Visual Studio 2003 and porting them to Visual Studio 2005 as described in the following article: [Using SAP Connector for MS .NET (NCO) in Microsoft Visual Studio 2005|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/92333e6b-0b01-0010-9cbf-fecd62d6c895].
