Progress analysis

Hi

I need the system to calculate the actual POC, BCWS and BCWP when I confirm the lower level production orders. The calculated value should roll up to my network activities and WBS elements.

For this I have maintained the following:-

1. Maintain Progress Version

2. In Progress version, POC weighting is cost plan (active project, total values)

and EV Basis is Cost Plan (active project, overall values)

3. Define Statistical Key figure for Percentage of completion.

4. Maintain Value Category

5. Assign SKF to value Category

6. Maintained Measurement method in progress in CJ20n (activities,wbs - plan - cost proportional, actual - work)

7. Mentioned POC weighting.

8. Production order is confirmed.

9. Run CNE1

10. In CNE5 I am not getting BCWS and BCWP.

Kindly advise If I am missing any settings. is to possible to update the progress of the project by just confirming the production orders. (i have not confirmed the activities yet??)

make sure that your cost plan in CJ40 donot have any errors.

Am also have the same issue. Unable to see the BCWS.

Before confirming the activities I should see at least BCWS.. which is BCWS = Planned POC *

overall costs
