Tcode:VF02 enter invoice number
and continue
goto menu bar- choose cancel
will take you to VF11 transaction.
then follow the procedure as said above

the invoice cancellation can be done with the transaction code VF11, once you can cel the invoice there will be a cancellation invoice created (standard S1).
