Short dump due to missing DFKKTHI record

We are getting a lot of short dumps with this error or similar to this one.

Message class: >0

Number: 361

Variable1: E9

Variable2: 033

Variable3: Record xxxxxxxxxxxx 000 0001 not found in table DFKKTHI

There are SAP notes available but we cannot apply it at this point because we are in the middle of upgrade. The issue normally happens when putting a payment to clarification and a portion of the payment cleared receivables belonging to a different company code. The short dumps prevent us from putting the payments to clarification. Anybody has workaroud?

Hello,

I'd suggest to apply those patches..If you find it not feasible now, I'd suggest this

1.Create a Dummy Contract Account

2.Transfer all the amount from clarification account to this Contract account

3. Now using FP40, you can transfer the amount to correct contract account. May here you can clear the items partially <FP06>
