Black box on smartform when printing on b&w printer

We have an issue where part of our header box is printing totally black when printing on a black & white printer. When printing on color it looks correct...white background with black printing. When printing to a black & white printer part of our header information is being printed with just a giant black box over it. I've checked the output options and the shading is set to zero saturation so I'm not sure why this is happening. It's also not the entire box but only a section of it.

I have the same problem that you. I have a spool order in SAP (Purchase Order) and when the user try to print it a column appears in black boxes.

The printer model is Esker Fax Server and the Device Type is SWIN.

The Purchase Order layout have been created with a smartform, I have review the shading for this field and it's correct (0%). And when I preview the PO in me23n the column is correct, without black boxes.

Hi,

Please check if correct driver type is assigned to the printer . Check with sap notes and basis team.
