Grouping for Bill of lading -Appreciate Fast response

Hi all,

1.How to group the deliveries that are going to same freight forwarding agent (Ship to) and print a single BOL (Bill of lading)

2.How to group the orders that are going to same freight forwarding agent(Ship To) and print a single BOL (Bill of lading)

Please provide detailed instructions ASAP

In the outbound delivery monitor - transaction code VL06O.

1. Select all your open delivery's for transportation planning based on the forwarding agent as a part of your screen selection.

2. After list is displayed, go to menu option = subsequent function -- Group - Create.

3. After you create this group it will give you a group number on the bottom of the screen.

4. Use that group number to add all of the deliveries in the group to a shipment (VT01N).

5. When added to the shipment, you can print you bill of lading assuming you have a proper output setup for a BOL and all the formas are coded, otherwise you can try to use standard SAP bill of lading form.
