Hi all,

Could you please explain something to me?

An order has been created automatically by the system from a requisition that was automatically generated in APO. What I don't understand is why the PO has been created so early as the master data is set up so that the PO is created 5 days before the due date. There are even requisitions early than the PO that has been created today.

any idea?

You can trigger conversion of Requisitions to Orders (transaction /SAPAPO/RRP7) in APO.

This will override the material master settings in R/3 for Order conversion.

Such a Order should have in Created By user as the RFC User Id between APO to R/3.

You can check the External procurement relationship and the job that converts PR to Po if it is automatic.
