Hi

The process is also called as OTC (Order To Cash)

1. Inquiry

2. Quotation

3. Order

4. Shipping (which includes activities like Delivery, picking, packing, PGI etc.,)

5. Billing

6. Release to Accounting

7. Incoming Payment(Not part of SD cycle)

1 and 2 are called as pre sales activities

All scenarios may not have 1 and 2 but OTC cycle is must.
