Hi

I have a scenario once order is created and subsequent document also created ……..user can’t pr00.

once subsequent document is created user can't change price in va02

In my sales order pr00 100rs…….

Once subsequent document is created the user can’t change pr00…100….

Is it possible in sap standard…………any abap changes……….need……..

In three ways, we can control this.

1) In V/06, for PR00, maintain the condition as Not possible to process manually. By having this, whatever price you maintain in VK11, that price only will fetch into the sale order and no user can change the price

2) Apply user exits like Prg name : MV45AFZZ USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENTwith the help of ABABer and write a code for this requirement.

3) If one person is creating the sale order and authorization to change the prices lies with another person, you can control with the help of your basis team by giving authorization to VA02

In the pricing condition type configuration (T.Code v/06) - in Changes which can m=be made - for Manual changes, select D- Not possible to process manually and in the control data 2 - Pricing date - maintain as D.

This should solve your problem.

value is comeing from vk11 condition record.

it is manual enter.

then how can we controal v/06 in condition type.

is it possible for manual condition type.

Hi Kris,

Suppose the user is created sales order in va01….

They have enter manual price pr00 100……… and save the document.

And save the created delivery document

Note: here they have not pgi……..

After 15 days they come to change mode of sales order (va02)

They changed pr00 120rs.

Now it happening in our system, now user asking us once subsequent is created user can’t change pr00

How it possible through coply controls……….

Pls give little bit clarity I will test it.

Hi,

Once you create the succeeding document, the prices in the preceeding document cannot be changed. This is correct if your copy control pricing type is maintained correctly.

Dear Friend,

Once you have finalized the order the price comes to a freeze in functional terms then you deliver the product to the customer.

So In SAP Process flow the same situation is configured.

Once the order is delivered the same cannot be changed.

If you want the precceding document have to be cancelled or has to be deleted then only you can change the pricing of the document can be changed.
