FD32-credit limit problem

Credit exposure not getting updated in FD32.

Credit exposure is Total of receivables, special G/L transactions relevant to the credit limit and outstanding order value.

it will update only if there is FI posting else it will not

Could you please let us know after what process u found that its not getting updated?

In my Credit Control Area Settings my update is 000012 which stands for

Open order value on time axis, delivery and bill.doct value

In that case immediately on booking an order my Credit Exposure Field should be updated which does now.

Can any one tell me why?

In definition of credit control area give 12 in Update field in data for updating SD tab.

Hi,

First of check below listed config for Credit control area.

1. Assign sales area to Credit controll area

2. Define Risk category

3. Assign credit control area to company code.

If everything OK in these config then check below master data

1. Assign correct credit control area in customer master.

2. Assign Risk category in FD32 Central data.

If all these settings are OK then explain me in detail about what is ur company's policy on Credit management.

Dear Friend,

This may be due to the SIS table not being updated .

Please check T-code OMO1

cHECK FOR THE CUSTOMIZATION OF S066 INFO STRUCTURE:

Check whether it is marked in M and 1

and Check for the custommization entries of the Credit management.

Whether the update group in the automatic credit control and the credit control area in the enterprise structure are the same.

revert back if you still facing the problem.
