Disable some fields in delivery note (transaction VL02N)

I want to disable the field delivery quantity and don't permit to insert new items in transaction VL02N. Is there any solution?

You can use Badi "LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC" to control the screen attributes of Delivery.
