Hi,

1. Please check the user id password maintained in these RFCs.

2. Check Transaction OSS1, whether you able to connect to SAP.

Please provide long text or log for the RFC error that you are getting.

Feel free to revert back.

for SAP OSS TO Work properly..

Your SAPROUTTAB file should allow your sap system to reach sapserx?

An entry in SAPROUTTAB as follows should be there to allow communication from sap system to reach SAP Serx

P <host name of sap system> sapserv2 *

If there is any firewall between your saprouter and sap system then firewall should allow the SAP system to reach saprouter..

Hi,

Add this Environment Variable,

TDW_TIMEOUT=30

in your router system and front end system.

hopefully, your problem should disappear.

If error persists, revert back with trace_rout file from SAProuter folder or any other available info.

Feel free to revert back.

Hi Raguraman/Mrutyunjay,

Thanks alot for your replies. However, I cannot carry out these activities as of now since, A Basis Administrator who has all the authorizations is on leave and I dont have much information abt it. Hopefully, this is only possible on Monday
