HI all

i have one scenario of org.stru. my requirement is, i want to map Zone(north), region(north-1), area(delhi, punjab+chandigar(this is one only, delhi is separte)) territory(delhi-I) belt(delh1/1) in my enterprise structure. the sales org, dtbn channel, division are reserved. i have to cover the above said elements in org.structure and if possible in customer master. how i can go abt it.

can u please explain your error bit more clearly.

Go thru the transaction code EC01. Check ur assignment.

Dear Friend,

The same can be resolved in this process:

1. you can use: 5 additional feilds for the same customer groups in the customer Master data.

2. Or you can configure as I have done it in my company.

I have taken slaes district in the Sales data tab in the sales area of the customer master.

and for these sales districts I have configured zones as the county code : Which you will find in the Gberal data Control tab.

Now each sales district has 10 Zones or county codes.

For Configuration of the county code go to SD-->Basic Functions --> Taxes --> Configure regional codes and the county codes.
