Inspection without tasklist assigned in status CRTD

Hi Friends,

we have set inspection type 01 in the material master. we need to check material with task list. Purchase order is created for that material and also GR has been taken place .an inspection lot is also generated and it is CRTD mode. By investigation we found that default value of inspection type " inspection with task list is not set".

By correcting the indicators we try to assigned the task list but we are unable to assigned it.

Now our issues is How can we post that restricted quantity to unrestrited use"

hi

if your inspection lot has status release then you have to result recording by QE51 then you have to made usage decision by tcode QA11 by using this tcode you can post quality stock in to unrestricted by selecting UD code A0 automatic posting.

Hi ,

For this lot u can do anything. Best way is cancel the document which has generated the lot . Then activate the required indicator for inspection type in QM view then agian make goods receipt for this material against the same order.

I dont' think you'll be able to assign a task list to this inspection lot because it was not specified to be inspected with a task list at the time the inspection lot was created.

I assume it was set to "material spec".

So you'll have to create a material spec first. (QS61). Then go into QA02 for the lot, set the key date for the current date and assign the specs. Then you can process the inspection lot.

Once you get the lot processed, you'll probably want to got back and delete the material specs you created for this since future lots will use the inspection plan.

Since your inspection lot is in created status ,first you have to assign the lot to task list which should be created with back dated then try to post the material using QA32

For assigning the task list go to inspestion lot in change mode and in the inspection specification tab page press the task list and assign
