field significance in DIR

Hi,

What is the significance of field output date and due date in DIR.( table DRAW - fields VRLDAT, ADATUM)

Hi Anirudh,

the ADATUM field shows the creation date of the document info record. So this is the date when the

document info record is initially created.

The field VRLDAT shows the date when the document info record is no longer valid or archived. However this is not very often filled or used.
