warranty check

HI

I am attaching two service item in warranty master with counter value 1 year for first and 2 year for second but while checking the status at the time of assigning it to a equipment it give status of the first service item not for the second one.

Pls help.

Hello,

Check the Counter link , if it is AND, then all the readings of the counter should be fulfilled for the waranty to apply.

If it is OR atleaset one counter must be satisfied for the warranty to apply.

Thanks for ur quick reply,

I have added one counter for each service item, AND and OR need to be selected when i have addedd more then two counter for a single service item,, hope you got my point

Also if you can help me how the warranty check can be automatically provided in the popup in service order
