Does SAP conform to the american policies around countries where the US has a Global Embargo such as Iran? This basically means that we can't use software or hardware developed by American companies.
If we looked at the Java stack then the embargo rules out IBM and SUN... so do SAP actually provide support around this embargo agreement? We have identified an open source JVM such as Kaffe 1.1.5 that runs on a Debian Linux but are unsure if this is supported for SAP Netweaver.
