Hi Chakrapani,
I understand that there is a problem with connectivity between integration repository and SLD.
Can you go to ABAP stack and try the transaction SLDCHECK transaction? Check it is working fine or not.
I expect that HTTP communication between IR and SLD is not working. Coordinate with Basis to resolve the problem.
Regarding points:
Our motivation to provide you answers is getting some points.
When you get a answer, find whether it is helpful/veryhelpful etc.. Mark it helpful/veryhelpful, then ask another question. This is how normally goes.

Chakrapani,
nw2004sxi is my computername
It should be PI server's host name.
Anyway's, Try the following
1. Clear the SLD cache from IR
2. Maintain hosts file in your desktop/laptop
3. Do complete cache refresh in TCode: SXI_CACHE on ABAP STACK
4. If this still does not work, then go to PI Welcome page (Java STACK) and navigate to administration. Check cache overview. There are different cache overview's, Try complete cache refresh.
All the best!
Best Regards,
Suraj Kumar
