Hi Diwaker,
It is the problem with configuration.
You can test whether you have maintained the configuration correctly or not by testing it. Follow this procedure.
Go to Integration Directory, Navigate to Menu "Tools", there you will find "Test Configuration".
You will be able to find the issue.
After correcting the configuration, you can restart the message in SXI_MONITOR of XI.
Best Regards,
Suraj Kumar

Diwakar,
I assume that after testing in ID, you have seen the logs and found that receiver is determined correctly and message is processed until it is sent to target (virtually) using Receiver agreement.
Now next step you need to check is,
Are you using any conditions under conditional receivers?
For Eg: if particular value in the message is "XX" then pick the particular service and carry on there after. So check the value in the message.
Regarding Reward points:
For any answer, determine whether they are helpful or not. If found helpful, then reward as helpful/veryhelpful and then ask other question. This is how normally goes.
Best Regards,
Suraj Kumar
Hi Diwakar,
The following procedure is the last resort and there is no other way I can give you apart from this.
As the message has reached XI and failed with no receiver is determined, go to displaying the message.
Then Click "Main" of Soap Header and go through trace.
First find out whether correct sender information is picked and go till the end to check where exactly the receiver is not picked.
I think you can make it out this time.
All the best,
Suraj Kumar
