Where CUA is configured ?

Is it on the current upgraded system.? or on a different system?

If it is on this system .. go into SCUA .. and check if all the RFC's are green.

If they are red -> go to SM59 and test them..

if it is a child system logon to CUA system and check the RFC to this system.

Please do come back if you require some more information..

Hi Anuroop,

Login to the system where you configured CUA.

Findout the Clients which are not working..

Identify the respective RFC'S

Identify the user names used for the RFC to access the target client.

The suggestioin is to create a user CUA_ADM in the target clients and the user should be holding SAP_BC_USR_CUA_SETUP_CLIENT SAP_BC_USR_CUA_CLIENT (Create copies of these roles and generate profiles)

After getting the user name login to the target clients and check if they are locked.. if they are locked unlock them..

Follow the same procedure for all RFCs which are failing..

after unlocking them test the RFCs.

If still they are not working .. reset the passwords of those users ...

if they are dilog users .. try logging into those clients with those users ... so that when the system prompts for new password you can give it...

Now after changing the passwords of the users... assign the passwords in the RFCs....

Now check the RFCs...

If RFCs are all working.. then in SCUA you should see all green signals...

if you need any further information.. please feel free to get back..

if the answer is found useful please assign points..

Hi Anuroop..

As mentioned earlier..after changing the password you need to give the password in logon details of the respective RFC....

Follow these steps..

Now check the RFCs...

If RFCs are all working.. then in SCUA you should see all green signals...

if you need any further information.. please feel free to get back..
