Dump in the transaction /sapapo/sdp94

Hi,

I am working on DP and SNP currently. When I execute the Interactive planning book transaction /sapapo/sdp94, i am getting dump :

Runtime errors RAISE_EXCEPTION

Occurred on 01.05.2008 at 10:22:20

A RAISE statement in the program "CL_GUI_RESOURCES==============CP" raised the

exception

condition "CNTL_ERROR".

Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior program

in the hierarchy, processing was terminated.

Short description of exception condition:

For detailed documentation of the exception condition, use

Transaction SE37 (Function Library). You can take the called

function module from the display of active calls.

does anybody has any idea regarding this dump, i have run the consistency check and it gives the error for planning version- 'Entry only in live cache'.

I have SAP GUI version 6.40

Build 717437

Patch level 8

i am not sure if there is any SAP GUI problem.

Hi Jignesh,

Has harish told, For me also It looks like GUI issue. Even we had same problem for SCM 5.1. Are you working on SCM 5.1? if so you need SAP GUI 7.10. .

SCM 5.1 Planning book cannot be accessed with GUI 640. Check with Basis for GUI 710 and try to I execute Interactive planning book in GUI 710.

I hope that works. Problem could be with your OCX Files, check your OCX files whether they are at correct release.

HI ,

as Srini and Harish said I had the same problem and it was due to SAP GUI.

As we researched reasons could be many, IBM latptops are having issues with SAP GUI 7.1.

Try to see the patch level 7 in SAP GUI version. and before that raise a SAP customer message and tell them your system version and GUI version.

Also check if any these notes apply to you.

Looks like a GUI issue

Try logging in from another GUI ( not sure of your SCM version). You can also try downloading thew latest patch(8 is way behind the laterst 6.4 build) and try even the new GUI version (7.1) on one comp. Also try a different desktop - you get issues sometimes because of the OS

is any planning book working at all? try the SAP books and the SNP ones as well

not sure which consistency check you ran. Did you try

/SAPAPO/OM17 with resources checked. Try to use the option of "correct all inconsistencies"
