TRANSPORT OF BIN STRUCTURE

Hello all,

I would like to know whether the bin structure created using LS10 can be transported from a development server to the next server or is it independent of transport and cannot be transported. pl. advise

Hello Maxx,

LS10 is bin structure configuration and it is transportable if save under the change request (Not as local object).

Hello Maxx,

It is the same as normal configuration, Go to LS10 in your developement client and do the configuration for bin structure and save it. This will ask for change request number, so save your setting under change request and release that reqeust for target system.

But the bins should be created in target systetm using LS05 TCode, once the bin structure transported to target system.

Bin structure is transportable but bins are not.

I don't think it can be transported from the development system to the test one. This needs to be created there.
