Hi

I have configured the alerts and I am preety sure eveything is fine,but when an error occurs in XI I am not getting any error in my alert inbox.I tried trouble shooting running the report RSALERTTEST,I get the alert into my alert inbox.What could be the problem?

Did you define the alert rules in RWB? Where r u triggering the alerts.. in BPM? or for AE errors?

Hi,

It generates alerts after removing the check box Suppress Multiple Alerts of This Rule in Alert rule,dont know why.Can any one please tell me what that option is?

If the Suppress Multiple Alerts of This Rule checkbox is selected (default setting), then no further alerts generated once the rule has been met until the first alert has been confirmed.
