Client manipulations

Hi all,

I was given a task to configure a new client. In details:

In our new system there is client 001 who used in many cases. I was told to configure client 202 for XI development purposes - assign corresponding roles and unassign all these roles from client 001.

Could you please advice some documentation / sap notes that describe how the task can be executed, as I don't know even a start point of it.

Hi,

R u using client 001 for ur customizing purpose if so it very sad.

You have to perform client copy from 001 and then use that client for all your customization and developments.

To make aclient copy use the tcode sccl prior create 202 client using the tocde scc4 .

You can createclient with SCC4 then login with SAP* and password PASS in new client

The recommendation is not change or delete the clients 000,001
