If i make some text field as optional in field in field status group and in posting key field status i make as required entry
Now which one the system will consider...

Hi,
The Criteria is
S- Supress
D- Display
R- Required
O- Optional
means surpress will have first priorty over other then display then required and then optional.
but required and supress both will create the error.

you can test it by posting in F-02.

this is correct, if in FSG you made the field as required , it will work first.
in your question you said Pk has required option so, i replied so.
i wanted you to test as it gives to better idea.
As Meenakshio said, Suppress and Required are opponents so, error throws up.
