Sales order- Credit memo

Hi Gurus,

I created a sales order for qty 150, aginst this sales order i creatred a billing request for 130, and i created an invoice for 130qty. against to this invoice i created a creditmemo request and with res[pect to this i created a credit memo.

after this how much available qty will be there in my sales order: 150 or 20?

Now while i try to create one more billing request for qty 40, then system is showing the error like Exceeding the available qty.

kndly give me the solution.

As you have also ready created invoice for 130 and given credit for the same, the available quantity will be only 20.

Why are you trying to create the billing request for 40 numbers?

The system will not aloow that and it should not allow. As you know the available quantity is only 20, and it will allow to create the billing request for only 20 numbers and it should allow only for 20.

Hi,

You will not be able to create Billing request for quantity greater than 20.
