Exceeding available quantity-Message no. 00398

Hi Gurus,

I create a sales order with the qty of 10 months, with respect to this i created a billing request for 3 months. when i tried to create one more billing request for qty 2months system is showing open qty as 7 at the time of item slection, i picked 2 months outof 7 months. it has taken but when i try to save it system is showing the error like'Exceeding available quantity'. I mantained completion Rule as 'B" in Item categor details.

System is showing the following Error:

Dear All,

I created a new business area in OX03. Did Plant assignments. But when I am posting a transaction through FB60 I am getting the below error. Can anyone helpme on this.

This has been sorted out.......there was a user exit program where each company code is hardcoded with assignment of Business area
