CCMS Configuration Error

Hi All,

I configure CCMS, in 100 clinet working properly, but 000 client mail does't send. Error message as follows,

"ERROR DURING SEND PROCESS"

and in display log book contains following message.

Recipient Result Document Date

You do not have a sender

address in the chosen communication method User List 30.04.2008

"You do not have a sender address in the chosen communication method"

You need to populate the sender address... no mails will go out of the system if the user sending the mail does not have comminication method and address populated.
