File Doesnot begin with %pdf error on Project Status Report

HI,

I am getting the below message on the Status report when I click the "Preview" button.

"File Doesnot begin with %pdf"

Could somebody help me and guide me whether it is to do with Adobe Document Service? If yes , then which area of it and how to resolve this?

Hi Hemant,

Check this setting in IMG

Collabration Project --> Basic Setting

-->Form For Printing and For Project status Report

-->Activate Form per Project type

1)In that Select your project type on right and then on left side select the PDF FORM.

2)check

DPR_FORM_STATUS_REPORT

DPR_STATUS_REPORT_PDF

DPR_STATUS_REPORT_HTML

Is active on not if not activate that from and if form is not there is add the form by usgin F4 KEY search and add it.

We have got custom form developed and I have got the following settings active for my project type:

Name of PDF form Active Status Rpt

-

---

-

---

DPR_APPROVAL_HIER

DPR_STATUS_REPORT_AIF

ZDPR_APPROVAL_HIER yes

ZDPR_STATUS_REPORT_AIF yes Yes

My problem is that the same above settings work on development portal. But when these are transported to test environment(portal). It gives "File doesnot begin with %pdf" error.

Am I missing something on test portal environment?
