delivery related problem?

HI,

No-delivery relevent items in order 0000011492,sales order type zm01.

Diagnosis : The sales Order you want to deliver ,sales order 0000011492 with order type zm01 , either contains no delivery relevat items or its delivery relevant items already have been delivered?

pls suggest me

Check the item category configuration on them. It looks like the item is not relavant for delivery like text items which are not relevant for delivery. Also, check if schedule lines are there for that item. in that case, check on the schedule line item level also for the config if it is relevant for delivery.

The possible reasons could be

1) If there is a problem in a number range then it will give this error while doing creating delivery .so go to VOV8 assign a new internal number range then work again

2) Check the document flow by going to VA02

Hi,

There may be 2 reasons,

1. Items are already delivered

2. Item category is not relevant for delivery, for ex: Text items etc.,

Hello,

Check the document folw of the saes order 11492. go may go to Va03 input the sales order number and click on the document flow button, if already delivered, it will show the deliver number. If it is fully delivered, then you will not be able to create the delivery again.

Alternatively check the item category in the order, whther it is relevent for delivery or not??

In addition to what Shiv has said, also check the following:

1. the document flow of the sales order to check if some other user has already made a delivery.

2. the delivery date you mention in the VL01N screen should be later than the material avaibility date in the sales oder.
