RWB not login sometime

Hi,

When I go through XDV: Exchange Infrastructure Tools

http://servername:port/rep/start/index.jsp

Page is comes up, when I click on Runtime Workbench asking user name and password; but its said failed

and getting this error messages:

Logon failed

What has happened?

Call of URL http://dbcixdv:8070/sap/bc/bsp/sap/sxms_alertrules/main.do terminated due to error in logon data.

Note

Logon performed in system XDV.

Logon performed for client 700 and language EN.

What can I do?

Check the validity of your SSO ticket for this system.

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Error Code: ICF-LE-http-c:700-l:E-T:21-C:3-U:5-P:5-L:7

HTTP 401 - Unauthorized

But when i go SICF and right click on service sxms_alertrules and test services and provided user name and passwrd its works fine....

is anyone knows what is that problem ?

Hi,

This is due to Authorization issue, With the help of Basis team get the Authorization for your Used ID
