Hello all,
When using transaction USERS_GEN to massively create users (Upload from File), the system automatically sends an e-mail to the user with his initial password.
However, we need to block this email, since in our scenario we are integrating SRM to Enterprise Portal using single sign on. Users receiving this email will be confused since Portal and SRM-ITS login will be different.
Is there a way to do this?

Gilberto Gallardo
Another solution would be to disable you email send job which uses SAP connect (transaction SCOT you basis people should be able to do this easily). After USERS_GEN is complete, you could go into transaction SOST and delete the email messages from the queue.

Kyle

When there is an email and the initial password is not specified, the system tries to send password details. If you look at the documentation, it is clear. If you can take care of this, it should solve your problem.
