Only Message Monitoring in RWB is slow

Hi All,

Getting a weird issue. All the java related tools are starting and running really quickly for our XI server, except for the message monitoring link in the RWB. All the other links in the RWB are fast, but this one take 8 minutes to finally come up. After coming up, all other steps in the message monitoring run normally. Just the initial call to the start message monitoring. Any ideas on this one? We have the satilite ABAP systems with proxy connections, but nothing else out of the ordinary.

Hi,

Have you checked server activities while starting msg monitoring for the 1st time ? I've encountered the same when our TREX server is stuck (not down, but kind of frozen) ... Then it takes a long time (timeout) before msg monitor renders its next screen
