Use transaciton MIR6 to releae the parked invoice

Hold invoice - For any descripency or any other reason you can hold the inoive and

Parked invoice- generally like purchaisng depratment enter the invoice document bur before they ppost the Finance department needs to verify certian things in this kind of bussiness process

Purchaisng dept can enter the invoice and save as parked invoie so later on FI dept will pick that invoice and verify than post.

Hi,

Release of PARKED documents is thro'WORKFLOW.

In document parking, an employee parks invoice documents. Then another employee receives a work item in his or her inbox to continue processing these parked invoice documents.

HOLD : 1. You can change a held document.

2> No accounting document is created.

3. MM document is created.

4. No updates in the Purchase order history.

PARK : Accounting document is created.

Updates in the Purchase order history.

Delete a Parked documents
