Reg.Consumption account cann't be determined

Dear All

I am doing subcontracting - L

After creating info record,assign it in VA02->-Extras->Costing

"Consumption account cann't be determined " error occured.

Please advise ,

Since you are trying to cost the Sales Order, I believe you are using the Sales Order as a Cost Object.

Can you check if the GBB-VAY entries are created for the materials of the sub-contracting order (not the finished product, but the input materials). Remember to check this with any Val Grouping Code you may be using for your plant / company code.

Hi,

The process is not clear... When you are trying to cost the sales order you are getting the error or when... If it error in costing then check the Cost component structure (CCS)whether for all the materials the cost element are there in CCS

Check in OBYC whether you have assigned GL account under transaction key BSV, FRL and FRN..
