Hello,
We have stock transfer requisitions created by the twice-daily APO Deployment planning runs. Each run deletes existing unfixed requisitions and creates a new set. This is consuming thousands of requistion numbers per day and will cause us to use up the number range for requistions within a few years. Can anyone advise how to get round this problem?
Thanks
Hi
In SPRO check your settings for "Global SNP Settings", there is a field called "Heu: Order Update". This determines whether all orders are deleted or only if the planning situation has changed, the two settings are:
Delta Mode: The SNP heuristic only deletes SNP stock transfers and creates new ones if the planning situation has changed and the planning results are different from those of the previous planning run. This is the default setting.
Complete Mode: The SNP heuristic deletes all existing (non-fixed) orders at the start of planning and creates new ones during planning.
So set yours to Delta Mode and see if that helps.
Regards
Ian
