Create ASN button is not visible in SUS

Hi!

We have ECS up and running. When we create PO in EBP it is transferred to SUS successfully. Then it is possible to create confirmation in SUS. We are using WS10400010 for BUS2203 object in EBP system. The following situation is happening then:

1. In SUS it is possible to see that Confirmation is accepted

2. In EBP in document flow for PO we can see that confirmation that has come from SUS is in approval (but we are using WS10400010 Workflow Without Approval)

3. In SUS we would like to post ASN but no 'Create ASN' button is visible there.

Could you please help me to solve this issue?

hi,

ASN's can only be created for an Purchase order send directly from R/3 to SUS.

this is the case of plan driven procurement, (i.e) procurement of materials.

if the order is send from EBP to SUS --> this is the case of service procurement and it is possible only to create confirmations...

Thank you for answer! But in case that we have ECS implemented should we configure SUS integration for SUS-MM and not for SUS-EBP scenario even in case that leading PO is in EBP?

Hi Siarhei,

I am not sure your question is answered but wanted to give you the answer anyway. You will have to check the flag 'ShipNotificatnExptd' on the vendor data of the business partner in EBP.
