Consolidated Biling Schedule

Hi All ,

We have built the Conslidated Scenario. the requirement is Need to Create teh Consolidated Billing on Every Month 25th Day.

Pls do Suggest any Idea How To get Create the Consolidated Billing on every 25th.

Does it Possibele to Inculde Special rule in factory Calender Or We have Schdule the Job Periodically on every month ......?

Hi Kumar,

U can do this in XD02 by selecting sales area and select billing tab under this select invoice dates.

It will helps u to consolidate the invoices you send out, you can predefine the billing schedule in a calendar in the system. During billing, the system automatically proposes the appropriate billing date from the calendar.

Thanks for your reply, It mean Assign a Factory Calender with Only working day has 25th Of everymonth in XD02.
