you can use VF31. just enter the billing type (standard L2 for debit memo) and other filtering data, and execute. if this is a reprint, do not forget to use processing mode '2'.
on the next screen, click the document numbers you want to print and Execute.
you may still have to maintain an output type and created debit memos must already have this before you can use VF31.
