Wave Picking

Hi,

Can anyone give the steps for wave picking.

I have maintained the customisation for wave picking. But still the wave picking is not carried out(Tcode VL35). It says that there are "No deliveries available for making wave picks". Deliveries are there but still they are not getting selected for wave picking.

I guess some step is missed out.

Dear Lakshmipathi,

I have gone through the described link earlier but its of less use.

Basically my problem is that even though the deliveries are there, they are not getting detected through VL35 transaction. If we go through outbound delivery monitor the deliveries are there.

I have carried out the following steps

1. Number range for wave picking

2. Maintain group type(W - wave picking) for wave picking

3. Number range Warehouse management maintain.

4. Delivery split per delivery type specify

5. Delivery split per warehouse no. specify.

6. Control update of work load estimate.

7. Maintain Time of Comparison for Forming Wave Picks

8. Maintain wave picks profile

9. Maintain Time Slots

10.Maintain Timeslot group for wave pick

Sap Easy Access

1. Create Deliveries

2. Use VL35 transaction - Wave picking (Error: No deliveries available for making wave picks)

If you can suggest if any thing is missing please respond.
