Dear all,

Pls advice me to resolve mention error which is pertaining to msg no -vf205 in sap.

while creation of idoc associated document (article and billing) is not generating by our system. when ill see the error its showing "upper limit of number range is exceeded" but in spro in not exceeding.

kindly advice .

Can you pls brief the prblm bit more...Not all is understood.

If you want to increase the upper limit of any no ranges, you can do from Interval --> Change status.

Ex: Go to T-Code FBN1> Mention Cocd> Go to Interval-->Select Change status.

You can increase the upper limit.

May be u can run ur prgrm after increasing the no ranges

we dont want to increase upper limit coz document no generated by system is within the no. range limit .

but when we double click on this error its showing.

In tr. SNUM for object RV_BELEG u2013 warning % (Percentage for warning message)

//Percentage of numbers remaining in a number range, upon reaching which in number assignment a warning is given

You have defined an interval from 1 to 1000. If you want to issue a warning at the number 900, enter 10 (%) here//

To solve this problem

- use note 773980

- Or reduce u2013 warning % (temporary solution, of couse )
