hi
My client has 100 c and f agents where they are not treating as customers but as authorised company dealers as company part.
and this c and f agents r selling to dealers
now while definining sales orgnaisation we have to consider this all c and f agents as sales organisations?
can anybody please throw the light on this
Dear Santosh,
If u want to generate the invoice in the name of C & F then u mast have to maintain them as Customer.
Also it's better to maintain this C Agent & F Agent as Distribution Chanelin sales area. either individual (C Agent & F Agent ) or combined as ( Agent Sale)

hello, friend.
i think it will be better to treat your C&F agents as business partners. you have a choice of creating the C&F agents in the system as either customers, dealers, sales representatives, etc. you can also assign the C&F agents to your sold-to parties so that these partners can be linked when you do sales transactions.
regards.
